As there are still many CES licences in use running on versions 1.8.26, 1.8.27 and 1.8.55 and this results in support calls that due to the age of the product are increasingly difficult to solve. CES has decided that an upgrade deadline must be given to encourage these sites to be brought up to date.

This has now been set as 31st July 2004.

After this date, any support calls received on versions 1.8.26, 1.8.27 and 1.8.55 will not be looked at until it is proven that the same problem occurs in the latest release. 

Anyone wanting information on the upgrade process should either log into the software download section of this website and look at "Upgrade from 1.8.27 - 1.8.62" document or email CES at "sales@cessoftware.com"

If you do not have  a valid membership and support contract with CES the cost of an upgrade will be £125 + Vat per licence.
