2. CES Software prides itself on adhering to the GDPR legislation as it applies to Small Business (we have less than 250 employees).


3. CES Software has implemented all reasonable steps to safeguard the data both printed and electronically kept.


3.1. We keep, by ensuing all paper-based records are locked away when not in use, and only used accessible by staff with the authority to do so.

3.2. All electronic data is only accessible via appropriate passworded authority, and the systems themselves are protected by electronic firewalls and other electronic safeguards to prevent hacking where possible.

3.3. We maintain a register of all electronic equipment and file cabinets, with a description of what data resides on or in these assets that could be compromised should that asset be stolen and the data in them compromised.

Following which the specific data shall be destroyed and erased from our records within 30 days, unless there is a specific legislated document retention obligation on CES Software which will then take preference.

CES Software complies with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 in the United Kingdom.


We respect the privacy of personal email accounts and we store your email address as securely as any other personal information we hold.


We will not send you unwanted email messages or junk mail and your details will not be passed to any organisation outside CES Software without your explicit permission.
